Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete job descriptions, candidate information, and any additional requirements needed to perform the screening interviews.Delays in providing requested information may impact delivery timelines.

Refunds and Disputes

If the agreed-upon deliverables are not provided as per the terms of the service agreement, clients may request a review of their concerns within 14 days of delivery.Refunds may be issued at our discretion if services are proven to have been delivered inaccurately or not at all.
